Attendees on the winery tour will be transported to the Rove Estate Winery where they will be able to sample some of the finest wines in the Traverse City region. Perched at 1165 feet, the tasting room sits at the highest point in Leelanau County. The elevation not only creates breathtaking views and memorable sunsets, but also the perfect conditions for making award-winning wines. Rove Estate wines are from a family-owned, fifth generation estate grown grapes honoring their rich northern Michigan legacy.
Brewery tour attendees will be transported to Brewery Terra Firma in Traverse City. Brewery Terra Firma is a production brewery, tap room, and MAEAP certified farm located on 10 acres in Traverse City, Michigan. They produce delicious, culinary-inspired beers using sustainable methods, including an innovative water capture system in the brewhouse that has allowed the reclamation of over 210,000 gallons of water from the manufacturing process for reuse as irrigation andfertilization on the farm crops.
Situated in a beautiful 1931 red brick building, Rare Bird’s mission is to provide an unsurpassed dining and drinking experience in Traverse City. From our intimate reclaimed wood booths to the cozy and cool lounge and German bier hall style seating made from massive wood slabs that Nate and Tina sustainably harvested, we have a space for everyone to feel comfortable.
Ourown beers and many more flow from the taps along with a selection of wines, ciders and spirits. Our menu features simple, familiar items served with a unique and exciting flair. Our ingredients are sourced locally when possible. Keeping with the local theme, our beer ingredients includes malt and hops grown in Michigan whenever possible. All of these qualities together make Rare Bird stand out in the crowd.
Following the winery and brewery stops, the bus will collect all attendees and transport the group to the Blue Tractor Barbeque in historic Olde Towne, Traverse City where the group will be have dinner at the barn. For $20 per person (payable at the restaurant), the group will be treated to a mouth-watering dinner selection prepared for our group. Dinner will include fresh market salad and a choice of pulled pork, smoked half chicken, three cheese mac & cheese or a tractor burger.

Attendees can walk back to Hotel from Blue Tractor or bus will shuttle attendees back at 8:00 PM
Sunday Hospitality Suite @ Top of the Park starts 8:30-9ish and ends at midnight.
The bus tour cost is $10.00 per person for either the winery or brewery bus trip. Pre-registration for the bus tour is required as there is limited space available. Pre-register soon as seats on the bus sell out every year. Any applicable tasting fees and purchases are additional and the responsibility of the attendee.
Late Monday afternoon, IMAGIN invites you back to the conference ballroom for a vendor networking reception. Enjoy casual conversation with the vendors and conference attendees with refreshments and bar service. This hour-long reception provides conference attendees extra time to meet with the vendors and sponsors of the conference to talk shop, discuss projects and proposals and connect face to face.
Monday Evening Downtown Bingo and Hospitality
Sponsored by Williams Aerial & Imagery, try your hand at a little Downtown Bingo! Warning this is not your grandparents BINGO, you will not find any old ladies in a large room wielding markers. Scattered throughout Downtown Traverse City and easily within walking distance of the Park Place Hotel are a variety of establishments handpicked as Bingo Stops. Both, returning favorites as well as new venues will be among the 7 available stops this year. In the mix you can find breweries, restaurants, the downtown market, an arcade, and a sweet shop. Game play will begin on Monday evening at 5:30 pm. Each conference attendee will be supplied with a Bingo card outlining instructions on rules of play as well as a map laying out all the stops. Those wishing to play will take their card to each of the different locations and collect a sticker for that designated spot on their playing card. Participants are encouraged to dine, drink, shop, and play to their heart’s desire. All players must then report back to Top of the Park by 9 pm sharp with their completed card. All completed cards are then entered into a drawing for up to $300 in Amazon gift cards.
