Brewery / Vineyard Bus Tour
Sponsor IMAGIN’s Local Brewery & Vineyard Tour, Sunday afternoon, June 4th to the Hop Lot Brewery and Ciccone Vineyards. This will be a pre-registration event. Sponsors will be recognized on the IMAGIN website and during the Sunday event. Sponsors will receive two (2) tickets each for the tour as part of the sponsorship. Sponsorship does not include dinner on Sunday or registration fees for the conference.
Hospitality Suite Sponsor
Sunday evening, after the brewery and vineyard tour and group dinner, IMAGIN will be offering a hospitality suite at the Top of the Park at the Park Place Hotel. Sponsor this relaxing time for attendees to connect with old friends and new as we get ready to kick-off the conference. A sign recognizing your sponsorship will be placed in the room in addition to recognition on the IMAGIN website, and during the event. Does not include registration to the Annual Conference.

Monday Vendor Appreciation LuncheonSponsor our extended lunch on Monday as we recognize and have time to mingle with our exhibiting vendors in a relaxed atmosphere. Sponsors of the even receive recognition on the IMAGIN website, and during the event. Does not include registratoin to the Annual Conference.
Sponsored by Quantum Spatial, Monday’s evening’s social gathering is a poker run, designed to give attendees the opportunity to explore downtown Traverse City. Participants will have a list of pre-determined stops to gather cards for their hand and will all return to the Top of the Park at the Park Place Hotel to see who “won”. Ample time will be allotted to enjoy the local establishments and have dinner. Sponsors will receive recognition on the IMAGIN website, and will announce the winner during the event. Does not include registration to the annual conference.
Awards Luncheon Sponsor
Sponsored by DTE Energy, the annual awards luncheon on Tuesday of the conference is where IMAGIN recognizes the efforts and achievements of IMAGIN members for their work in the field of geospatial services. A sign recognizing your sponsorship will be placed in the general session room, in addition to recognition on the IMAGIN website, and during the event. Does not include registration to the Annual Conference.
Map Gallery Awards are given at the Annual Conference for maps in the following categories: Cartographic Design, Data Integration, People’s Choice, and Best Interactive Online Map. Sponsors receives recognition as a sponsor on the IMAGIN website and on the sponsor logo loop in the General Session area. Does not include registration to the conference.

For the past several years, IMAGIN has hosted a silent auction to support an educational scholarship fund. We will be holding the event again this year as part of the annual conference.
