• Annual Awards Luncheon Sponsor – $500.00
  Sponsor the Annual Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, June 10th. As the group gathers for this special luncheon, you will have 3 – 5 minutes to introduce your company. A sign recognizing your sponsorship will be placed in the general session room, in addition to recognition on the IMAGIN website. Does not include registration to the conference.
• Breakfast Sponsor – $350.00
  Sponsor Breakfast on Monday or Tuesday of the conference. As the group gathers for breakfast you will have 3 – 5 minutes to introduce your company and welcome attendees. A sign recognizing your sponsorship will be placed in the meal area and collateral may be left at each seat if desired, in addition to recognition on the IMAGIN website. Does not include registration to the Annual Conference. (One sponsor per day)
• Conference App - Daily Pop-Up Ad – $250.00
  Increase your visibility with a daily pop up ad. As conference attendees open the conference app for the first time on Monday and Tuesday, have your company’s logo/ad pop up. This sponsorship is only available as an add-on for an existing sponsorship. Contact the business office for the registration code required for this item.
• Conference App Sponsorship – $350.00
  At the 2017 Annual Conference, IMAGIN introduced a conference app. It was very well received and was downloaded by 75+% of conference attendees, who referenced an average of 10 pages per hour. This year we are moving away from a comprehensive printed conference program and expect the usage rate to increase. Sponsors will have their logo on the page detailed below, hot-linked to their website and be recognized on the sponsor logo loop in the general session area. • Conference Sponsor (Non-Booth) – $550.00
  This sponsorship is for the vendor that wants to be recognized as a sponsor but not be tied to a booth.
  * Does NOT include an exhibit table
  * Includes logo on website and on video logo loop in General Session room
  * Business card sized ad in post conference IMAGInews sent to all IMAGIN members. (Supplied by sponsor)
  * 1 Full conference registration
• Exhibitor Appreciation Event Sponsor – $500.00
  Sponsor our exhibitor appreciation event as we recognize and have time to mingle with our exhibiting vendors in a relaxed atmosphere. The Event Sponsor will have 3 – 5 minutes to introduce their company and welcome attendees to event. A sign recognizing your sponsorship will be placed in the event area and you will receive recognition on the IMAGIN website. Does not include registration to the conference.
• Exhibitor Registration - Gold Level – $1,000.00
  Gold level sponsorship includes:
  * 8' Vendor table (see drawing for locations), covered and skirted and 2 chairs
  * Free Wireless internet
  * 2 Full Conference Registrations
  * Logo Displayed on video logo loop in General Session area
  * Recognition During plenary session as a Gold Sponsor

• Monday Evening Hospitality Area Sponsor – $350.00
  Monday evening, after our Traverse City Downtown Bingo concludes, IMAGIN will be offering a hospitality area at the Top of the Park at the Park Place Hotel. Sponsor this relaxing time for attendees to re-connect with old friends and new as we had out prizes to bingo participants. As the group gathers you will have 3 – 5 minutes to introduce your company and welcome attendees. A sign recognizing your sponsorship will be placed in the room, in addition to recognition on the IMAGIN website. Does not include registration to the Annual Conference.
• Monday Evening Social Event Sponsorship – $500.00
  This year’s Monday evening social gathering is a “poker run”, designed to give attendees the opportunity to explore downtown Traverse City. Participants will need to stop at all pre-determined spots to have their playing card stamped. Completed cards turned in later in the evening at the Top of the Park will be entered into a raffle for a variety of amazing prizes. Ample time will be allotted to enjoy the local establishments and have dinner. The event sponsor will have 3 – 5 minutes to welcome attendees back to the hotel. There will be a sign at the event recognizing your sponsorship and you will receive recognition on the IMAGIN website. Does not include registration to the conference.
• Non-Member Registration - Full Conference – $400.00
  Your full conference registration includes all conference sessions and materials.
  
  At a minimum the following meals are included:
  * 2 Continental Breakfasts
  * Monday Lunch
  * Annual Awards Luncheon
  
  Lodging and travel expenses are the responsibility of each individual.
• Sunday Hospitality Suite Sponsor – $350.00
  Sunday evening, after the brewery and vineyard tour and group dinner, IMAGIN will be offering a hospitality suite at the Top of the Park at the Park Place Hotel. Sponsor this relaxing time for attendees to re-connect with old friends and new as we get ready to kick-off the conference. As the group gathers you will have 3 – 5 minutes to introduce your company and welcome attendees. A sign recognizing your sponsorship will be placed in the room, in addition to recognition on the IMAGIN website. Does not include registration to the Annual Conference.
