2024 IMAGIN Conference - Monday Evening Distillery Tours

Going to the Monday Evening Dinner and would like to learn more about Iron Fish Distillery?  Here's your chance to attend an overview of the Distillery or the Barrel Aging process.  Tours are $15 each and are limited to 25 participants. Detailed descriptions are below!

Distillery Overview Tour 7pm (30-35minutes)

The distillery overview tour will begin with a brief overview of the history of our farm and the origin of Iron Fish Distillery. You will begin your journey through the distillery, following our grains from field-to-glass, through the milling, mashing, fermentation and distillation processes. You will end by tasting three of our award winning spirits inone of our rickhouses surrounded by the delicious aroma of the angel’s share coming from the barrels.

Barrel Aging & Rickhouse Tour 7:45pm (30-35minutes)

Your barrel aging and rickhouse tour will begin with a brief overview of the history of our farm and the origin of Iron Fish Distillery. You will begin your journey through the barreling and blending room and into one of our rickhouses where our spirits are aging and maturing. You will learn things like how barrels are made, which factors affect the appearance, aromas and flavors of the end product, and about theprocess of crafting world class finished whiskeys. You will end by tasting three of our award winning spirits in one of our rickhouses surrounded by the delicious aroma of the angel’s share coming from the barrels.
