Room Block Information:

Conference attendees can take advantage of discounted room block rates. Please note the following details:

Room Block Rates:

Hotel Room (single/double): $135/night plus service fees (currently 11%)
Rates are for lodging only, per unit, per night.

Important Deadlines:

Room block rates are available until May 10, 2025.
Reservations made after May 10, 2025, will be subject to standard hotel rates.

Additional Charges:

A $10.00 per person, per night fee applies for adults beyond the quoted occupancy.
For tax-exempt stays, a current tax-exempt form must be on file with the Radisson or provided at check-in.
Parking: Overnight self-parking is discounted to $10 per night. Valet parking is available at our standard rate of $30 per night, before tip (Note from the Radisson: The confirmation letter from Radisson Corporate is not conformable to each group and will have the standard overnight self-parking rates listed. Please know that we manually adjust each reservation with the accurate price of overnight self-parking in our attached garage.)

How to Book: Hotel booking information and the link to reserve your room will be included in your conference registration confirmation email.

Note: You must register for the conference before booking accommodations. Reservations that do not match the registration list will be removed from the room block.

Room Block Dates: The discounted room rates apply to Sunday, June 1, and Monday, June 2, 2025.

Note: If you are booking a room outside of the room block, the link will not work. Therefore, if you are extending your stay beyond the room block a phone number will be included in your registration confirmation to extend your stay. Stays outside the room block may be at a different rate than the negotiated conference rate.
